Cropped Faux Fur Jacket with Oversized Collar
9 PM, the coat check line, the cold between the car and the door. This is the jacket people reach out to touch. A long, shaggy faux fur, cut short at the hip, with a wide oversized collar that frames the face and falls open over a slip dress or a fitted top.
The shape is loose and boxy, with long full sleeves and a concealed front closure that keeps the fur uninterrupted from collar to hem. Thick enough for a real winter evening, light enough to throw over your shoulders on the way in.
Wear it over a black mini and boots for the holiday party, or over straight jeans and a knit for Saturday dinner. In white, black, dark brown, butter yellow, plum or soft pink.

- Store on a padded hanger with space around it so the pile is not crushed.
