Shipping
- Free shipping applies to all orders delivered within the United States, with no minimum order required.
- Order cutoff time: 2:00 PM MT. Orders placed later are processed the next business day.
- Processing and handling time: 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday.
- Transit time: 9 to 16 business days, Monday to Friday.
- Estimated delivery time: 10 to 18 business days from the order date.
- Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Transit times are estimates and may vary because of courier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- All packages include a tracking number.
Returns and exchanges
- Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
- Email [email protected] before sending anything. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, unless damaged or faulty. Include original packaging and tags where possible.
- Each item may be returned or exchanged once. Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of approval.
- Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind or wrong-size returns. Slimona covers return costs for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.
- Report damaged, faulty, or incorrect items within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos.
- Sale items are final sale unless faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Other non-returnable products are identified on their product pages.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection.
