Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. There are no hidden fees, restocking charges, or deductions from your refund for returnable items.
You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange for eligible items.
To begin a return:
For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we'll provide a prepaid return label. For all other returns, clear instructions for arranging return postage at your cost will be provided through the portal.
Returns sent without initiating the process through our portal first may not be accepted.

If your order arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at help@slimona.store. You are entitled to a full refund or replacement, including all postage and delivery costs, in line with applicable US consumer protection law.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return. These will be clearly indicated on their respective product pages.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll confirm via email and issue a full refund within 7 business days. Refunds are credited to your original payment method.
