We take all reasonable steps to ensure that the descriptions, images, and specifications of products listed on our website are accurate, truthful, and up to date. All product images are representative of the actual items sold. Descriptions accurately reflect the size, colour, composition, and function of the goods.
We reserve the right to limit product sales, quantities, or services, discontinue products, or modify descriptions or pricing at our sole discretion. We cannot guarantee that product colours will display identically across all devices.
All prices are stated in USD ($) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices may be subject to change without prior notice but will not affect orders already confirmed.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment methods indicated on our website.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 3 business days of confirmation. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your shipping location and selected service at checkout. Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout.
In the event of a return, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, in which case SLIMONA will cover all return shipping costs, provided the return is initiated in accordance with our return process (see Section 6).
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, please contact us immediately at help@slimona.store or by phone at +1 (307) 218-2869.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled but may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy (see Section 6).
At SLIMONA, we offer a 30-day return policy. Customers may return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, subject to the conditions below.
Once the returned goods are received and inspected, we will confirm receipt by email and issue a full refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that banks or card issuers may require additional time to process the transaction.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return. These will be clearly indicated on their respective product pages.
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. Please contact us as soon as possible at help@slimona.store, ideally within 7 days of delivery. We will provide return instructions and ensure that all associated costs, including return shipping, are covered by SLIMONA.
